Erick Thohir Issues Simpler Ministerial Rule

 BUMN Erick Thohir menerbitkan peraturan menteri yang lebih sederhana dari 45 menjadi 3 peraturan guna meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan negara. Menteri Erick Thohir berpendapat bahwa dengan aturan yang lebih sederhana, kepatuhan BUMN dapat ditingkatkan untuk menghadapi dalam tantangan global saat ini serta pengambilan keputusan yang responsif dan terorganisir.

Tiga peraturan menteri baru yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian BUMN adalah: Penugasan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan BUMN; Tata Kelola dan Transaksi Signifikan BUMN; serta Organisasi dan Sumber Daya Manusia BUMN.

Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises Minister Erick Thohir recently issued a simpler ministerial rule, from 45 to 3 regulations, to improve the performance of the state companies. Thohir believed that with a simpler rule, state-owned enterprises’ compliance can be improved to combat today’s global challenges, to and make responsive and organized decision.

The three new ministerial regulations issued by SOE Ministry are: Special assignments and social and environmental responsibility program; Governance guidelines and corporate activities; and the organization and human resources of SOEs.
