Kamis (6/4), Telkom Indonesia telah secara resmi mengalihkan pengelolaan layanan internet Indihome ke anak perusahannya, Telkomsel. Setelah penandatanganan kesepakatan, sejumlah tahap akan dilakukan, termasuk akan digelarnya Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) pada Mei tahun ini.

On Thursday (4/6) Telkom Indonesia has signed an agreement to spin off its home internet service Indihome to merge with its cellular service arm Telkomsel. Following the conditional separation agreement, there will be other legal steps to undergo, including general meeting of shareholders in May this year.
