PLN Ensures Reliable Electricity Supply during Eid Holiday

Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) memastikan pasokan listrik aman selama musim libur lebaran. PLN juga telah membangun 2.000 posko di seluruh tanah air dengan sekitar 82.000 petugas siaga untuk meningkatkan layanan listrik selama musim liburan.

Penggunaan listrik dilaporkan mengalami penurunan menjelang akhir Ramadan hingga hari raya Idulfitri karena banyak orang meninggalkan rumah mereka di kota dan beberapa industri menutup operasinya. Meski demikian, PLN akan tetap menyediakan 46, 26 Gigawatt untuk menjamin pasokan listrik yang cukup bagi seluruh masyarakat.

Indonesian State-Owned Electricity Company (PLN) has ensured the power supply is sufficient during the Eid holiday season. PLN has also built 2,000 posts across the country with some 82,000 officers on alert to enhance power services during the holiday season.

The electricity usage has seen a decrease by the end of Ramadan until the Eid al-Fitr holiday, since many people had left their homes in the city, and some industries had closed their operations. Nevertheless, PLN will continue to provide 46, 26 Gigawatts, to ensure adequate electricity supplies for all people.
