Sarisa Merapi is a business that produces candied salak typical of Sleman. Candied salak is salak in sugar water which is packaged hygienically with modern machines. Candied salak produced by Sarisa Merapi is processed using selected raw materials with a maximum fruit maturity of 70% with the aim of increasing the low selling value of salak and helping salak farmers not to lose money. These sweets are typical Sleman souvenirs made from local ingredients.
